Named after the world-famous area of Manhattan in New York City, UPPER EAST RESTAURANT is one of the latest additions to teaching facilities of AHA Philippines. This restaurant serves as proof of the commitment of the School to provide a holistic approach to hands on culinary training.
Managed and operated by AHA chefs and students, this model restaurant/laboratory is a supplementary venue for AHA students to hone their skills. Students have the opportunity to show their talent and creativity in executing the varied menu offerings of the restaurant. Now reputed to be the best kept secret in the restaurant circles on this side of Makati City, Upper East boasts of its culinary specialties, such as Classic American Beef Stew, Roasted Chicken with gravy, Southern Fried Chicken, Poached Salmon with Pasta Aglio Olio, and Seafood and Sausage Gumbo with Rice Pilaf.
Upper East is open Tuesday to Saturday 11:30 am to 2:00 pm for lunch service and 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm for dinner service.
