9-Month Diploma

in Culinary Entrepreneurship

A diploma course on the fundamentals and skills of cooking including a 2-month local internship designed to those interested in learning the basics of culinary arts and want to pursue a career as a chef.

• Product Identification
• Kitchen Math
• Food Safety and Sanitation
• Knife Skills
• Butchery & Fish Mongerie
• Stocks, soups and Starches
• Cooking Methods
• Breakfast Cookery
• Asian Cuisine
• European Cuisine
• American Cuisine

Tuition Fee inclusive of:
• Cost of ingredients
• 2 sets of complete uniform
(Chef’s jacket, pants, apron, skull cap)
• Knife kit
• Textbooks
• Free meals during laboratory days
• Exam fees

Admission Requirements:
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
• Completed Application Form with 2 photos
(1 1/2” X1”)
• Application fee of P 500.00
• Photocopy of Birth Certificate
• Must pass written entrance exam (essay type), interview and medical examinations

2. For college undergraduates – Form 138 ( Photocopy of High school Report Card and updated form 137
3. ( Photocopy of Transcript of Records
4. For college graduates – Certified True Copy of Diploma and Form 137 ( Photo of Transcript of Records)
5. Certificate of Honorable Dismissal from most recently attended school
6. Certificate of Good Moral Character from most recently attended school
