The Diploma in Culinary Entrepreneurship
 
The Diploma in Culinary Entrepreneurship is open to those who wish to engage in the food business by setting up their own restaurant or any type of food service operation.

This 9-month course on the basic theories and skills of cooking and baking and the principles of food and beverage management also includes a 2-month local internship. It is a course designed for those who want to start their own food business in less than 1 year.

 

Our program is the only one offering paid internship abroad following the SERVLEAD program which:

  • integrates professional development and cultural awareness skills in a structured on-site internship

  • enables interns to obtain international certification from the Education Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (EI-AH&LA), the most highly recognized and most highly regarded mark of hospitality professionalism

  • provides hourly pay or monthly stipend

  • provides accommodations in completely furnished and comfortable apartments

  • provides daily transportation service to training sites

  • offers the option to pursue an international professional certification from the EI-AH&LA

Complete program tuition is Php286,000.00 (a discount of P20,0000.00 will be given if paid in full on or before the start of classes).
