The Diploma in Culinary Arts
 
For those who wish to build a career in the industry, the six month Diploma in Culinary Arts is the best preparation that will throttle them to a promising and challenging professional career as CHEF. The course covers the fundamentals and skills of cooking, including a 2-month local internship.

After the 6-month diploma program, you can opt for overseas internship for 6 months to 1 year with our international partner hotels and resorts.

 

Our program is the only one offering paid internship abroad following the SERVLEAD program which:

  • integrates professional development and cultural awareness skills in a structured on-site internship

  • enables interns to obtain international certification from the Education Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (EI-AH&LA), the most highly recognized and most highly regarded mark of hospitality professionalism

  • provides hourly pay or monthly stipend

  • provides accommodations in completely furnished and comfortable apartments

  • provides daily transportation service to training sites

  • offers the option to pursue an international professional certification from the EI-AH&LA

Complete program tuition is Php242,000.00 (a discount of P20,0000.00 will be given if paid in full on or before the start of classes).
