Optional International Internship Programs are offered through AHA partners in the US (3 months to 1 year), Malaysia (6 months), Italy (1 month), and Australia (1-2 years).

Minimum Requirement:
- Must have finished at least high school level education
- Schedule: Twice a week classes- Tuesdays and Fridays, 4-8PM
- Must enroll on or before May 15, 2014

Cooking Under the Tuscan Sun!

COOKING UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN!

As AHA Philippines commits itself  in providing word-class culinary training, eight (8) students are currently in Florence, Italy to attend the 4-week European Culinary Course at the Culinary Institute of Florence and internship in top Michellin-star restaurants all-over Florence.

In the program, the students will be taught the authentic way of preparing Italian dishes using fresh ingredients from the world famous Mercato Centrale. There will also be field trips  to different wineries in  the Tuscany region (where Chianti wines are produced), cheese producers, and gelato makers.

After the course, the students will visit Paris, France for a real gastronomic tour of classic French cookery.
