COOKING UNDER THE TUSCAN SUN!
As AHA Philippines commits itself in providing word-class culinary training, eight (8) students are currently in Florence, Italy to attend the 4-week European Culinary Course at the Culinary Institute of Florence and internship in top Michellin-star restaurants all-over Florence.
In the program, the students will be taught the authentic way of preparing Italian dishes using fresh ingredients from the world famous Mercato Centrale. There will also be field trips to different wineries in the Tuscany region (where Chianti wines are produced), cheese producers, and gelato makers.
After the course, the students will visit Paris, France for a real gastronomic tour of classic French cookery.

It is also a reflection of the level of trust and confidence by the ACF, in the ability of AHA Phil to maintain and continuously raise its quality standards, within the stated time frame..
Students who satisfactorily complete the AHA Phil course requirements based on the ACF accredited curriculum, qualify for the distinction of “Certified Culinarian” upon graduation. This indicates that the graduate has achieved the high standards of professional competence set by the ACFEF.
