Cooking Under the Tuscan Sun

The Institute of Florence is now providing its students with INTERNATIONAL CULINARY EDUCATION AND TRAINING in Italy! To learn authentic European cooking and experience restaurant training from leading Italian restuarants, AHA students will have the option to cross-enroll in the following courses:

Cooking of Italy, France and Germany cuisines
Summer Italian Gastronomy Course
International Internship in Italian Restaurants
AHA students will also experience authentic Italian and European cooking from Italian master chefs and explore the real Mercato Centrale, Chiantoi wineries, gelato makers, countless osteria, trattoria and pizzeria!

AHA Cooks at the Salcedo Weekend Market

The Salcedo Weekend Market is located in the confines of Jaime Velasquez Park between the streets of Leviste and Tordesillas in Salcedo Village, Makati City and operates every Saturdays from 6 am to 2pm.



AHA Joins the “America in 3D” Road Show

After America in 3D in Quezon City last March and in Baguio in July, the U.S. Embassy brought America in 3D featuring a variety of events in Cebu on 16-18 September 2011 at the SM City Cebu North Wing.

Events included musical and dance performances of American genres: blues, country music, hip-hop, Broadway, and modern day best hits. America in 3D featured free samplings of American food, information about US Visa application and how to study in the United States, as well as a job fair of sorts with American companies.

One of the highlights of the show was the cooking demonstration featuring AHA President, Chef Gene Cordova.
